  • Ingredients for chila..
  • Besan 1katori
  • Water as per requirement
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/3 tsp
  • Ingredients for stuffing..
  • Carrot 1 (kaddukas )
  • Mango pieces 1/2 katori
  • Salt to taste
  • Black per powder 1/2 tsp
  • Thick curd 1sp

How to make Mango potli..

  1. Add besan n all a bowl.. Add water n make fine batter..
  2. Then heat non stick pan.. Sprinkle some oil.. Spread batter..on it.. Cook it on slow flame.. When chila become light brown its done..
  3. Add mango pieces,carrot,curd ,salt ,n black pepper in bowl..mix it well..
  4. Then put it in the middle of the. Chilla..
  5. Then tie it with dhaniya stick.. Its done.
