A yummy ice cream made with mangoes and custard.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Sugar to taste - 6 tbsp
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Milk powder 1 tsp
Milk 1 liter
Chocolate syrup and pista for decoration..

Instructions

Boil milk in a kadhai.
Then make a puree of mango.. Add sugar to it and make puree
Then add custard powder and milk powder into the milk
Cook it.. When it become little thick, turn off the flame. add mango puree in it.. Mix it well
Let this mixture get cold enough.
Pour it into the bowl..
Then spread some chocolate syrup.. Keep it into freezer for whole night..
Mango icecream ready to eat.. Sprinkle some pista..
