Cheese filled beetroot balls

Ingredients to make Cheese filled beetroot balls

  • Crumbs of 4 brown pieces
  • 1 small beetroot grated
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp oregano powder
  • cumin powder pinch
  • chat masala for sprinkle
  • corinader leaves finely chopped
  • black pepper powder - a pinch
  • oil for frying
  • salt as per taste

How to make Cheese filled beetroot balls

  1. First cut the sides of the bread and grind it in a grinder for bread crumbs .
  2. Add grated beetroot , ginger , cumin powder , salt as per taste , chopped coriander leaves and mix all ingredients well and make a dough .
  3. Take grated cheese and add oregano powder and black powder into it and mix well and make small with this .
  4. Grease your palms and take bread dough and flatten it by hand and put cheese balls in the centre and cover it with dough and give ball shape . Make more balls like this
  5. Deep fry these balls , cheese filled balls are ready . Serve with any chutney or sauce of your choice .
