Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 3 bowls
  2. Channa dal 1 bowl
  3. Ginger garlic chilli paste
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Haldi powder pinch of
  6. Baking soda pinch of
  7. Oil 2 table spoons
  8. Water as per required
  9. Butter milk as per required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add rice and Channa dal.Add water. Soak overnight.
  2. Next morning strain all water and griand it in mixture use butter milk.
  3. Make a thick batter.
  4. Put it in sunlight for 3 hours.
  5. In the evening take batter. Add salt, baking soda, haldi powder and garlic ginger chilli paste.
  6. Mix it properly.
  7. Now take Dhokla machine (steamer) pour it in to it. put it on full flame for 15 minutes
