Mango Panna Cotta is the famous Italian pudding dessert recipe. It’s a softly set pudding that is firm, but velvety smooth. It’s made in many flavors including lemon, coconut, vanilla, strawberry, etc. So today I prepared it with fresh mangoes and coconut milk. It’s creamy, rich and velvety Panna Cotta made with fresh mangoes, in a way that no one can resist. If you love Mangoes, then this could become your favorite dessert.

To Make 1st layer : Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction.
Now add ½ cup of sugar, ¼ tsp salt and stir until sugar has dissolved.
It's time to add mango pulp, keep stirring continuously to mix all well.
Pour jelly into a rose shaped cup mould or any other shape moulds.
Freeze it for 1 hours or until set.
To Make 2nd Layer : Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction.
It's time to add ½ cup of sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
Now add 1 cup of coconut milk and rose essence to the saucepan and keep stirring continuously to mix all well.
Now, take out 1st layer of jelly, pour about a tbsp of 2nd layer of jelly and place removed 1 st layer and pour more jelly, or add above 1st layer of jelly as shown in the picture.
Freeze it for 1 hour or until set.
Here, beautiful, delicious Vegetarian Mango Coconut Jelly or Mango Panna Cotta dessert is ready to serve.
