Ingredients to make Bengan fry

  • Bengan (Brinjal) round slices 4 pieces
  • Finally chopped onions and tometoes 1 bowl
  • Cheese 1 cube
  • Oil 1 table spoon
  • Chat masala 1 tea spoon
  • Tometo ketchup 1 table spoon
  • Black pepper powder pinch of
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Mint chatni 1 table spoon

How to make Bengan fry

  1. Start with Brinjal. Take slices of round Brinjals and do shallow fry it on tava using oil.
  2. Make it golden brown.
  3. Other side take bowl.. Add chopped onion and tometo ,cheese, chat masala, salt, black pepper powder and tometo ketchup.
  4. Mixed it properly.
  5. Now spread mint chatni on Brinjals.
  6. Put above mixture on that Brinjals.
  7. Serve with garnish coriander leaves.

My Tip:

Slices wouldn't be more thicker..
