ABOUT Rose paneer ladoo RECIPE

This recipe is inspired from anithas kesar paneer ladoo . These ladoo are very delicious see for any occasion .

Ingredients Serving: 15

  1. 1/2 cup crumbeled paneer /cottage cheese
  2. 1/3 cup milkmaid or condensed milk
  3. 1 tsp ghee or clarified butter
  4. 2 drops rose essence
  5. 2 tbsp dry coconut powder

Instructions

  1. First Mash paneer with hands until it becomes soft . Take a nonstick kadai or pan transfer paneer into the kadai .
  2. Add condensed milk into it , using a whisk , mix them well .
  3. Now switch on the flame , add 1 tsp ghee and rose essence into this mixture . Stirring continuesly.
  4. After 8 - 10 minutes the moisture would have been evaporated , it becomes thick and a whole mass is formed .
  5. Wwhen mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan turn off the gas .
  6. Transfer this mixture into the plate . Let it cool for about 5-7 minutes . Now knead this mixture well and make small ladoos .
  7. Take dry coconut powder in a plate add 1 drop rose essence and mix well . Roll all ladoos into this . Our ladoos are ready .
