Floating Mango Sandwich

Ingredients to make Floating Mango Sandwich

  • Ripe mango cut into thin square sizes - 10 pieces
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Mango puree- 1 cup
  • Cashewnuts- 10 nos and almond - 20 nos dry roast then make a powder
  • Channa - 1/2 cup
  • Khoya - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Clove- 2 nos

How to make Floating Mango Sandwich

  1. For Rabdi -
  2. Almond and Sugar candy for decoration.
  3. Reduce the milk to half add 1 tbsp sugar and keep aside to cool it down. Then add mango puree and churn it.
  4. For Stuffing-
  5. In dry pan add khoya, channa, sugar, crushed cloves fry this for 3 minutes and churn it in a mixer. Quick churn it till a smooth texture.
  6. Then place it on a plate to make a thin layer of it. Then cut it into small square pieces equivalent to the square mango slices.
  7. Spread the mango Rabdi on a plate and place a slice of mango on it, then put a square of filling on the mango piece and cover it with another slice of mango.
  8. Decorate with an almond and sugar candy
