ABOUT Aam kee meethi chutney (cooked) RECIPE

This is a tangy and sweet, mango chutney that can be served with parathas or even kabas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango 1raw
  2. Jaggery 50gram
  3. Ghee 1/2tsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  5. Red chilli powder as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut mango into small pieces.
  2. In a pan heat ghee crackle cumin seeds, then add the mango pieces. Lower the flame and cook until the mangoes have become mushy and cooked.
  3. Add red chilli powder and salt
  4. Add jaggery into it and cook for 7-8 minutes, more. Cool and serve.
