Maggie masala balls

Ingredients to make Maggie masala balls

  • Maggie 2 packets 70 gms each
  • 1 medium onion cut into small pieces
  • 1 pc carrot cut into small pieces
  • 1 pc capsicum cut into small pieces
  • Around 6-8 pcs french beans cut into small pieces
  • 1 pc Processed cheese cubes cut into small pieces
  • 25 gmsMozerella cheese cut into small pieces(optional)
  • Maggie masala cube (optional)
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3-4 tbsp besan
  • 2 tbsp rice flour or cornflour.

How to make Maggie masala balls

  1. In a pan add water and maggie noodles and cook it as it done DONOT ADD THE MAGGIE MASALA.JUST THE NOODLES.Cook it and let it cool for few minutes
  2. In another bowl add all the vegetables cut into small pieces add the cooked noodles. Add cheese add the maggie masala of the two packets add chilli powder add salt add besan add cornflour or rice flour. Mix well
  3. Make medium small size balls. Take a pan add oil and fry the above balls till golden in colour.
  4. Serve hot with coriander or schewzan chutney.
My Tip: You can add mozerella cheese too. To make it more spicy maggie masala cubes can be crushed and added along maggie masala
