Amazing recipe
Peel raw mango, and grate it.
Put grated raw mango in the kadai, add 1 cup of sugar to it.
Add 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder (dalchini) and add 1/4th tsp of crushed cardamom seeds.
Add salt and red chilly powder to taste, along with 1/4 th tsp of pepper powder.
Now mix it well
When sugar melts (takes about 1-2 min) and then add 1 tsp of raisins (kishmish). Now add dry dates (chuara).
Add 1tsp of almonds. Now again mix it well for 2 min and chutney is ready .
SERVING: 4
