ABOUT Aam ki chutney with dry fruit RECIPE

Chutneys are so famous in Indian cuisine, this is one yummy, tangy and delicious chutney made with mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw mango
  2. sugar
  3. crushed cardamom seeds
  4. Black pepper
  5. Dry dates...chuara
  6. Almonds
  7. Cinnamon powder....dalchini
  8. Raisin...kishmish
  9. Red chilli
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel raw mango, and grate it.
  2. Put grated raw mango in the kadai, add 1 cup of sugar to it.
  3. Add 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder (dalchini) and add 1/4th tsp of crushed cardamom seeds.
  4. Add salt and red chilly powder to taste, along with 1/4 th tsp of pepper powder.
  5. Now mix it well
  6. When sugar melts (takes about 1-2 min) and then add 1 tsp of raisins (kishmish). Now add dry dates (chuara).
  7. Add 1tsp of almonds. Now again mix it well for 2 min and chutney is ready .
