Ingredients to make Angoori Mango Bread Rasmalai

  • White Bread Slices 5-6
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Condensed Milk 4-5 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Kewra Essence 3 drops
  • Mango Ripe Essence 3 drops
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mango (Puree) 2
  • Almonds (Chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios (Chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Saffron 2-3 strands
  • Mango (Chopped) 1/4 cup

How to make Angoori Mango Bread Rasmalai

  1. Take bread slices and trim the edges and with the help of round cookie cutter cut round shape.
  2. In heavy bottom pan take milk and condensed milk and boil until thickens.
  3. Now add sugar, saffron, kewra essence, ripe mango essence, cardamom powder and mango puree.
  4. Boil for 10mins on low flame.
  5. Switch off the gas and add chopped Almonds and Pistachios.
  6. Chill in the fridge.
  7. Now add bread rounds and some chopped mango pieces and let it chill.
My Tip: Do not cook on high flame.
