Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Basan flour 1 cup
  2. rice flour 5 table spoon
  3. Mango puree 3/4cup
  4. Water 1/4cup
  5. 2 cup ghee for frying
  6. 1/2 table spoon salt
  7. Sugar 1/2cup
  8. 5 cloves
  9. little roasted cashwe. dry grapes. badam for decorat

Instructions

  1. Take all the flour mix in big bowl ,add water and mango puree. Add salt and 5 spoons of hot ghee.
  2. Stir properly , it should like dosa batter
  3. Leave it for ten minutes
  4. Heat the ghee and prepare a ladle that small holes in it.
  5. Take a small cup of batter pour into ghee through the holed spoon(boondi jaahr),the batter should fall into the oil forming tiny grains or boondis.
  6. Fry all the batter to form boondis, strain them in absorbent paper.
  7. Leave it to cool and the paper will absorb the excess ghee .
  8. Now powder the sugar and roll all the boondis in this.
  9. Finally decorate with dry nuts
