Mango boondi

Ingredients to make Mango boondi

  • Basan flour 1 cup
  • rice flour 5 table spoon
  • Mango puree 3/4cup
  • Water 1/4cup
  • 2 cup ghee for frying
  • 1/2 table spoon salt
  • Sugar 1/2cup
  • 5 cloves
  • little roasted cashwe. dry grapes. badam for decorat

How to make Mango boondi

  1. Take all the flour mix in big bowl add water and mango puree. Add salt .and 5 spoon hot ghee.
  2. Stir properly it should like dosa batter
  3. Leave it ten minutes
  4. Heat the ghee and take fully small holed big spoon.
  5. Take a small cup of batter pour into ghee through the holed spoon(boondi jaahr) it is just like grain
  6. Take another spoon and fry nicely when bubbles stopIin ghee place the boondi into white paper covered big plate
  7. Leave it to little cool and the paper observes excess ghee . now v get dry boondi
  8. Now v take sugar and make it powder .on d suger powder roll all these boondi
  9. Finally decorate with dry nuts

Adding rice flour for crispy
