Ingredients to make Lassi

  • Curd 2 1/2 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Fresh cream as required
  • Pinch of salt

How to make Lassi

  1. Blend together curd and sugar in blender or mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Next add ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Now add milk and mix.
  4. Pour into serving glasses , top with cream and serve chilled.
My Tip: You can also use curd instead of cream in top.
