ABOUT AAM KI SABZI (MANGO CURRY) RECIPE

This is a curry made with fruits, a yummy curry that can be served with rotis or some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2  mangoes (peeled and chopped)
  2. (here I used a variety called ‘Totapari’ but you can use any)
  3. 2tbsp ghee/oil
  4. A pinch of hing
  5. 1/4 tsp kalonji (onion seeds)
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (sauf)
  8. 1/2 tsp Deggi mirch
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp Salt
  11. For The Garnish 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and chop mangoes.
  2. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
  3. Add hing, kalonji, fennel seeds, cumin seeds. Mix well.(You can add green chilies too).
  4. Add mango pieces. Mix nicely.Add all the dry masalas. Mix well.
  5. Cook covered on low flame for 5-7 mins.Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
