Ingredients to make Sacch Mucch Aam sushi rolls

  • rice paper 2
  • Sacch Mucch Aam candy 1
  • Rice (preferably short grain and sticky one) 2 tablespoon
  • Milk 3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 1 teaspoon
  • Nutella 2 teaspoon
  • Chopped dry fruits 2 teaspoon
  • Pomegranate seeds, black sesame seeds and tutty fruity for garnishing

How to make Sacch Mucch Aam sushi rolls

  1. Keep creambell succh muccch aam candy to melt
  2. Afret it gets soft, add condensed milk, obe teaspoon milk and mix well
  3. Wash rice and keep in a vessel to cook
  4. Now slowly slowly add milk while the rice gets cooked. This will help rice to absorb water and milk gradually and will make it sticky.
  5. Keep on stirring rice in between so as to make it soft and sticky
  6. When the rice is done, keep it covered to cool down
  7. When cooled, add mango puree and mix well with rice
  8. Take two rice paper and soak them just for few seconds in warm water
  9. Apply nutella over rice paper
  10. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits
  11. Layer mango rice
  12. Start rolling it gently from one side.
  13. Keep in freezer for 15 minutes to set
  14. Cut slices with sharp knife or scissors and place in plate. This can be little messy as the rice may fall out while cutting. But you can refill it again into the rolls
  15. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set. All the flavours will get absorbed well after this
  16. While serving, garnish with pomegranate seeds, black sesame seeds and tutty fruity

My Tip:

You can use bread slice instead of rice paper.
