Ingredients to make mango icecream cookie sandwitch

  • 2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup milkmaid
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 tsp mango essence
  • for cookie----
  • 3 cup maida
  • salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp mango essence
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 4 desired colours

How to make mango icecream cookie sandwitch

  1. cream the butter and sugar, and then whisk egg into it and add essence as well.
  2. sieve maida and baking powder together , fold in the maida into the butter mix.
  3. Divide this into 4 parts and add colors to each part.
  4. Now
  5. Now refrigerate the colored huge roll, in the refrigerator for atleast an hour so that the dough hardens a bit.
  6. Now cut the roll into slices so as to get teh raw colored cookies with concentric circles of colored dough.
  7. Bake these in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes.
  8. Cool them and keep aside.

  10. Add all the ingredients except the whipped cream. Whisk well till everything is mixed together.
  11. Now fold in the whipped cream into the above mixture. Pour this into a tray with a cling film lining it and alsocover the surface of the liquid ice cream with cling film.
  12. set in freezer for 6 hours, now cut circles of the frozen ice cream and place it between 2 cookies.
  13. Delicious and beautiful ice cream sandwich cookies are ready to be served.
