  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp Custard powder
  • Mango puree
  • Condensed milk
  • sugar
  • Gems
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate
  • 1 tsp CORNFLOUR POWDER

How to make MANGO CUSTARD ICE CREAM

  1. TAKE 450ML OF MILK AND BOIL IT TILL IT GETS THICKENED
  2. TAKE THE OTHER 50ML OF MILK AND ADD CUSTARD POWDER AND 1TSP CORNFLOUR POWDER
  3. ADD THIS MIXTURE TO THE BOILING MILK MIXTURE
  4. TAKE MIXING IT PROPERLY AND CONTINUOUSLY AND ADD 2TSP CONDENSED MILK TO IT.
  5. WHEN IT COMES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE KEEP IT ASIDE
  6. MAKE MANGO PUREE WITH THE HELP OF MANGO AND SUGAR(AS REQUIRED)
  7. NOW MIX THIS MANGO PUREE TO THE MILK MIXTURE
  8. YOU CAN ADD CARDAMOM POWDER TO IT.
  9. REFRIGERATE IT FOR 3-4 HOURS IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
  10. TAKE IT OUT AND CHURN IT WITH A HAND BLENDER TO AVOID ICE CRYSTALLS.
  11. REPEAT THIS PROCESS IF U OBSERVE ICE CRYSTALLS IN IT.
  12. GARNISH IT WITH GEMS , CHOCOLATE SYRUP AND CHOCOLATE(I USED DAIRY MILK).
  13. YOUR MANGO CUSTARD ICE CREAM IS READY. ENJOY!
