Urad dal ki puri

Ingredients to make Urad dal ki puri

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for moyan
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ajwaain mangraila

How to make Urad dal ki puri

  1. Soak dal in water for 4-5 hrs and grind them.
  2. Now take a bowl add maida, wheat flour, grinded urad dal, salt ajwain, green chillies coriander leaves, mangraila, oil, water and knead them & make a dough.
  3. Now heat oil in a kadahi for deep fry.
  4. Make puri & fry them.
