Ingredients to make Urad dal ki puri

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • salt to taste
  • oil for moyan
  • green chillies
  • coriander leaves
  • Ajwaain mangraila

How to make Urad dal ki puri

  1. Soak dal in water for 4-5 hrs and grind them.
  2. Now take a bowl add maida, wheat flour, ground urad dal, salt, ajwain, green chillies coriander leaves, mangraila, oil, water and knead them & make a dough.
  3. Now heat oil in a kadahi for deep fry.
  4. Make puri & fry them.
