Ingredients to make Sikarne

  • 3 Mangoes, 3-4 Bananas, 1/4 cup Sugar, Salt, 1 Clove and 2 Elaichi .

How to make Sikarne

  1. Peel the skin of mangoes and keep it aside. Take a bowl squeeze the pulp of mango by hand. Take a bowl mix mango pulp, banana slices, sugar, elaichi and clove powder, 1/4 cup water and pinch of salt. Ready to serve.
  2. Cut bananas and add to mango pulp. Add sugar, elaichi powder, clove powder, pinch of salt and 1/4 cup water and mix well. Sikarne is ready to serve.
