Ingredients to make Chatpata Aam papad shrikhand shots

  • 1 sweet ripe mangoes.
  • 1/2 cup sugar. (Adjust according to the sweetness of mangoes.
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala.
  • 1/4 tsp sendha namak.
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  • 50 gm condensed milk.
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder.

How to make Chatpata Aam papad shrikhand shots

  1. For aam papad : Peel the mangoes , remove the seeds and grind into puree. Strain it to avoid any lumps remaining back.
  2. Add the sendha namak, cumin seeds powder, chaat masala and mix well.
  3. Transfer this to a pan and start cooking on a low flame.stir continously till the mixture is thick.
  4. Place greased butter paper on a tray.
  5. Transfer the mixture evenly on the tray.
  6. You have two options either sun dry it for 2 days or use a oven.
  7. Place in a preheated oven 200 degree for 15 minutes or till the mixture dries.
  8. Let it cool and then cut in to pieces as desired.
  9. For shrikhand: Take the hung curd pass it through the strainer to have a smooth curd .
  10. In a separate bowl add hung curd, condensed milk and elaichi powder mix together and your elaichi flavoured shrikhand is ready.
  11. Now the assembling: Take a short glass , place the aam papad slices , place a spoonful of shrikhand and finally garnish with aam papad slices in a flower shape.
