Mango thali(puri,curry and chutney)

Ingredients to make Mango thali(puri,curry and chutney)

  • For mango curry (sabji)-
  • 4 ripe mango(desi wash and peeled)
  • 1/2 tsp termuric powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp mixed sabji masala
  • 2 green chillies paste
  • 4 garlic cloves paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • For mango chutney-
  • 1 ripe mango pulp
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 5-6 ajwain leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • For mango puri-
  • 1/2 ripe mango pulp
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep frying

How to make Mango thali(puri,curry and chutney)

  1. For curry-
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and add jeera to it
  3. When it cracks add chilli garlic paste
  4. Add sabji masala and turmeric powder
  5. Cook it for 1 minute
  6. Add desi mango ,sugar and salt
  7. Cook it for few minutes
  8. Add 1 cup water and cover it and cook it for 5 minutes
  9. Off the flame
  10. For chutney-
  11. Add all the ingredients into the mixer jar and grind it.
  12. For puri-
  13. Take deep bowl and mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough without using water
  14. Make lemon sized balls from dough
  15. Roll small puri from balls
  16. Now heat oil in the kadhai and deep fry it till golden brown.
  17. Serve hot immediately with mango curry and mango chutney
