Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. mango pulp 1 cup
  2. Evaporated milk 400g
  3. Condensed Milk 390g
  4. Fresh Cream 200g
  5. White bread Slices 2
  6. Cream Bell mango Icecream cubes 1/2 cup
  7. Mango essence 1 teaspoon
  8. Pistachio slivers 1 teaspoon
  9. Cashewnuts for garnish
  10. Falooda Noodles 1/2 cup
  11. Mint leaves for garnish
  12. Chia seeds soaked in read colored water 1 teaspoon
  13. rose syrup for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixer add bread slices, mango pulp, mango essence, Evaporated mill, Fresh cream and Condensed milk and blend until smooth. milk
  2. Put the mixture in a 8 X 8 square dish
  3. Add the Cream bell mango icecream cubes to this mixture, all over the mixture.
  4. Allow the kulfi to cool for 8 hours minimum or preferably overnight.
  5. Serve on a plate with falooda noodles, Chia seeds, Rose syrup , Pistachio slivers and cashew nuts pieces.
