Ingredients to make Mango Sandesh roll.

  • Milk - 1 litre.
  • Mango - 1.
  • lemon juice - 1 table spoon.
  • Powdered sugar - as per your taste.
  • Some rad green tuti fruti - for garnishing
  • Some toothpicks.

How to make Mango Sandesh roll.

  1. First boil the milk add lemon juice then make chena.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Take mango slice them very thin.
  4. Add powdered sugar on chena and mix well.
  5. Take one mango slice and spread the chena mixture over the mango slice.
  6. Roll the mango slice into cylinder and sealed the ends.
  7. Insert a toothpick to seal the end tightly.
  8. Garnish with rad, green tuti fruti, serve it cool.
