Ingredients to make Watery mango palyam

  • Salted watery mangoes 4
  • I table spoon chilly powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon jeera and daniya powder
  • Green chilly 1
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • For seasoning. .muster. urdu gram.hing . cup leaves
  • Salt l spoon

How to make Watery mango palyam

  1. Take watery slated mango chop nicely . use mango seed also
  2. Do season by using the above said in pan
  3. Now add mango pieces .mango seed salt jaggery and 1 and 1/2cup of water
  4. Close the lid let it be boil. Check after 5 minutes. Now in small flame let it 2_3 minutes.
  5. At d last add grouted coconut. Stir well . now it is ready to eat as side dish
My Tip: If u want u can add fried onion and garlic
