Ingredients to make Small mango pickle

  • Red chilly 1 kg
  • Mustard 1/2kg
  • Turmeric powder 50 grams
  • 10 gram hing
  • Salt 1/2 kg +1/2kg
  • Salted mango 5 kg

How to make Small mango pickle

  1. Take small mangoes put in boiled cool salty water . close the big vessel and let it be minimum 15 _20 days
  2. Now take that mangoes out
  3. Take red chilly and muster keep in sun's hot . In evening time make these smooth powder in mixige jar
  4. Now take big dry vessel add these powder ,turmeric powder ,hing and add mangoes .add salt and that old salted water . Take big spoon and mix nicely. Now pickle is ready to eat
  5. It is not for ten member. More people can eat
My Tip: If u want u can cut the mangoes into small pieces . it increases blood pressure. U can preserve I dry place also yr long
