yummy mango dessert made with cream bell sach much aam to have mangoes without mango season too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Two small glassess
  2. 3 Sach much aam ice creams
  3. whipping cream 1/2 cup
  4. strawberry crush 2 spoons
  5. a piece of plain vanilla cake or cake crumbs
  6. Yellow food colour few drops
  7. gems for garnish
  8. dark chocolate for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Put some sach much aam in glass at bottom.
  2. Let it melt and set in glass.
  3. Now keep glasses in icer to set sach much aam ice cream in bottom of glass.
  4. Take whipping cream , whip till soft peaks.
  5. keep one sach much aam ice cream at room temperature and fold in whipped cream.
  6. Add few drops of yellow good colour ( optional )
  7. Fill this whipped cream in piping bag
  8. Now fill the glass about 1/ 2 inch with this whipped mixture.
  9. Now add strawberry crush over it.
  10. Again add whipped cream , sach much aam mixture again less than 1/2 inch.
  11. Now add cake crumbs
  12. add whipped cream mixture very less just to cover crumbs.
  13. Now decorate which sach much aam slices and other decorations.
  14. Chill this for one time , serve as a party dessert.
