Ingredients to make Oats carrot smoothie

  • carrot juice: 1 cup
  • Oats: 2 tsp
  • dates :5-6
  • honey: 2 tsp
  • milk: 1 cup
  • water:as needed.
  • To garnish:
  • pista or badam (any dry fuits)

How to make Oats carrot smoothie

  1. Take a pan add the oats with a little water and let it boil, once boiled, allow it to cool. In a bowl, immerse the dates with a little milk and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile grind the carrot with a little water to make the carrot juice, then sieve this juice.
  3. In a mixer, grind the soaked dates, the carrot juice, oats and honey together into a fine puree, add milk if needed.
