Ingredients to make Arvi Patte ke pakode

  • 3 leaves of arvi washed well
  • 4-5 tbsp besan
  • Salt & red chilli powder to taste
  • Water for preparing batter
  • Oil for Deep frying

How to make Arvi Patte ke pakode

  1. First mix salt & red chilli powder to besan
  2. Prepare a thick batter
  3. Clean & wipe the Arvi leaves
  4. Now spread the batter on the leaf& roll it
  5. Place the rolled leaves on a steamer
  6. When they are cooked remove them from the steamer
  7. Cut in rolls & deep fry them till golden brown on both sides
  8. Serve hot with green chutney
