Ingredients to make Dates ,figs and carrot milkshake

  • 1 big carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup seeded and chopped dates
  • 3-4 figs
  • 1 glass milk
  • chocolate syrup

How to make Dates ,figs and carrot milkshake

  1. Soak figs and dates in lukewarm water . For about 20 minutes .
  2. In a grinder or juicer put dates and figs along with water . Process it .
  3. Now add grated carrot, milk and chocolate syrup as per your taste ,process again . Healthy milkshake is ready .
  4. Line glasses with chocolate syrup and pour milkshake into them . Serve chilled .

My Tip:

Instead of chocolate syrup you can use other flavour like blueberry or strawberry syrup for a change .
