Who does not like cheese.. that too when its so easy to make.. you would definately want to try this...

Cheese Fondue

Ingredients to make Cheese Fondue

  • 1 tbsp garlic butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maida
  • 1 cup grated processed cheese
  • 2 CUP MILK
  • 1/2 cup chesse spread
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste

How to make Cheese Fondue

  1. Heat garlic butter in a pan. Add maida and mix for 30 seconds. Pour milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Let it boil for 2-3 mins till it starts thickening. Now add cheese spread and mix well.
  2. Add processed cheese and mix till the cheese melts. Now add salt as per taste (note processed cheese and cheese spread are salty in nature, so add salt accordingly). Add pepper powder, red chilli flakes and oregano. Serve immediately with brum pav, baby corn and herbed toasties.
My Tip: The dips to serve with fondue can be anything of your choice.. go with your taste buds and imagination. You can also add mozarella cheese if liked by your guests.
