Ingredients to make Creamy Chicken Pani puri / Chicken Golgappa

  • Marination of chicken:
  • 100 grams boneless chicken cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 1 tsp tandoori chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • For panipuri: Panipuri 6 pieces Sweet tamarind chutney
  • green chutney
  • Roasted salted peanuts
  • Salted Boondi for pani garnishing

How to make Creamy Chicken Pani puri / Chicken Golgappa

  1. Mix all marinated with chicken and keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. After 2-3 hour heat kadai add oil to it then add chicken to it mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Then cover lid and let it cook for it own juice, then after 5 min add fresh cream saute it, then add a Little water and cook it till all water dry.
  4. Bring it to a bowl and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Then bring all golgapa/ gupchup ingrediants togather.
  6. Then start assembling all.
  7. Put chicken masala to the gupchup/ Gol gappa, then add peanuts to it, then add tamarind chutney to all Gol gappas, then add onion and fresh chopped coriander to it serve with green chutney pani pani.

My Tip:

Serve immediately assembling, otherwise keep all ingrediants in one place.. assemble and serve.
