Paneer corn samosa

Ingredients to make Paneer corn samosa

  • Switz samosas patta (ready made samosa patta) 6
  • Paneer 200 grams
  • Corn kernel 1 cup
  • Capcicum 1/2
  • Coriander leaves hand full
  • Grated cheese (any) 1/2 cup
  • Chilli flakes 1 1/2 tsp
  • Pizza seasoning 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • oil for deep fry
  • Wheat flour 3 tbsp

How to make Paneer corn samosa

  1. Crumble the paneer with your hand.
  2. Boil the corn with some salt.
  3. Chop the cabbage into small cubes.
  4. Add chilli flakes salt and pizza seasoning in the paneer.
  5. Then add grated cheese capscicum and corn mix.
  6. Check spice and chop coriander mix and keep aside.
  7. Take switz samosa patta.
  8. Make samosas as shown in the video.
  9. For paste- add water to the wheat flour to make a thick paste.
  10. Seal it with paste.
  11. Do it with every patta.
  12. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry until golden brown.
  13. Remove on tissue.
  14. Serve with green chutney.
