ABOUT Pasta in Red and white Sauce RECIPE

Pasta is all time favourite for all ages. This is made with both the sauce red and white sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fusilli pasta 1 cup boiled
  2. Tomato puree 1 cup
  3. White sauce 1 cup
  4. Tomato ketchup 4 teaspoons
  5. Garlic chopped 2 tablespoons
  6. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
  7. 1 zucchini cube
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 teaspoons Italian herb mix +for garnishing
  10. 5 - 6 Mushroom cube cut
  11. Fresh parsley leaves roughly chopped 6-7 + for garnishing
  12. 1 cube grated processed cheese for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat pan add 1 tbsp butter then add 2 tbsp all propose flour. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame till raw smell gone add then 1/2 cup milk, add salt as per taste , add 1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb mix. Let it stir constantly. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat pan and add olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for two minutes. Add all veggies saute till tender .
  3. Add tomato puree and ketchup mix and mix well.
  4. Add salt and roughly chopped basil leaves, mix well and cook till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
  5. Add fusilli pasta, mix well and cook for two minutes. Adjust salt if required.
  6. Add Mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with cheese and parsley leaves.
