Ingredients to make CABBAGE SABZI PRATHA

  • Bowl ful of cabbage sabzi,
  • 2 onion's finely chopped,
  • 2 green chilies chopped,
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala,
  • Handful of coriander leave's,
  • Bowl of wheat flour,
  • oil

How to make CABBAGE SABZI PRATHA

  1. In mixing bowl mix all ingredients except wheat flour and oil, mash nicely with masher
  2. Knead a soft dough of wheat flour, keep aside for 10 min
  3. Now divide the dough into equal roundels and then stuff each of them with the stuffing, reshape them and roll with rolling pin.
  4. Shallow fry them on a hot tawa with little oil.
