Ingredients to make matki bhel

  • matki/moth 200 gms soaked for 4-6 hours [after 6 hours tie them in cloth they will sprout ]
  • cucumber 1 chopped
  • onion 1chopped
  • tomatoes 2chopped
  • chopped corriander leaves
  • namkeen mixture 1/2 bowl
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • red chili powder 1tsp (optional)
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • 3pieces of bread,cut sides

How to make matki bhel

  1. Add all the ingredients together except the bread slices.
  2. Now slice the bread into triangles.
  3. keep bread at side of plate
  4. keep matki bhel in middle
  5. serve with breakfast
