  • matki/moth 200 gms soaked for 4-6 hours
  • after 6 hours tie them in cloth they will sprout
  • Cucumber 1 chopped
  • Onion 1chopped
  • tomatoe 2chopped
  • chopped corriander leaves
  • namkeen mixture 1/2 bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1tsp
  • red chili powder 1tsp (optional)
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • 3pieces of bread,cut sides

How to make matki bhel

  1. take a bowl
  2. add matki
  3. add cucumber
  4. add onions
  5. add tomato
  6. add red chili powder
  7. add salt
  8. add chat masala
  9. add lemon juice mix everything
  10. add little sugar powder
  11. add namkin mixture
  12. add corriander leaves
  13. make four pieces of bread in triangle shape
  14. keep bread at side of plate
  15. keep matki bhel in middle
  16. serve with breakfast
