Ingredients to make Kurkure chaat

  • Kurkure - 1 pack
  • Rice puff ( Murmure) 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion - 1 small
  • Chopped tomato - 1 small
  • Chopped cucumber - 1 small
  • Chopped Green Chillies - 2
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 4 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped corinder leaves

How to make Kurkure chaat

  1. Take kurkure in a big bowl
  2. Mix rice puff in it
  3. Mix Chopped onion, tomato cucumber, green chillies, and corinder leaves.
  4. Add pomegranate seeds.
  5. Mix Tomato sauce and lemon juice in it.
  6. No need to add any more Masala. Because kukure contains too much Masala.
  7. Mix well and serve imediately.
