"BESAN MOONGDAL PURI"

Ingredients to make "BESAN MOONGDAL PURI"

  • Bowlful of moongdal soaked fr 2 hrs
  • 2 green chilies chopped,
  • 2 tsp gg paste,
  • Salt
  • Oil fr frying
  • #FR_DOUGH
  • Bowl besan
  • 1/2 bowl rawa
  • 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  • Salt, (remember we hd added in moong dal also),
  • 2 tsp oil,
  • Pinch of hing,
  • 1/2 tsp ajjwain,
  • 1 tsp roasted zeera pd

How to make "BESAN MOONGDAL PURI"

  1. Coarsely Grind the dal in grinder
  2. Add all ingredients n again blend it, now in mixing bowl take all ingredients of dough n mix dal n make a soft dough
  3. Cover n keep aside fr 10 min, now take the dough n on plastic sheet pat puris with hands n deep fry them
