Paneer and corn croquettes

Ingredients to make Paneer and corn croquettes

  • For outer cotting
  • 5 boil n mash potatoes
  • 2 tbspn bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tspn black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cup boil sweet corns
  • 50 gm greated cottage cheese
  • 1 greean chilli chopped
  • 2 spoon fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 2 cheese cubes
  • 1/4 tspn black paper powder
  • 1/4 tspn oregano
  • 1/4 tspn chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tspn chat masala
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • oil for frying

How to make Paneer and corn croquettes

  1. First combine all the stuffing ingredients in a deep bowl .
  2. Mix very well and keep aside.
  3. For outer coating , take mash potato in a bowl add bread crumbs in it .Add black pepper powder & salt .
  4. Mix it very well with your hand.
  5. Greese your hand with some oil .
  6. Take a small portion of potato mixture .Flat it on your palm.
  7. Place a portion of the stuffing in the center.
  8. Bring together the edges in the center to seal the stuffing and roll it into a oval shape.
  9. Make all the croquettes from same method.
  10. Heat the oil in a heavy bottom wolk and deep fry , 2 to 3 croquettes at a time on a medium flame .
  11. Fry croquettes till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
  12. Drain on an absorbent pepper.
  13. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

Use a heavy bottom wolk or a non stick pan when deep fried croquettes . Fry croquettes in a medium flame.
