  • Buttermilk..1/2 cup
  • Crushed garlic,ginger,green chilli...1/2 sp
  • Sugar powder..1/2 sp
  • Soda...pinch
  • Salt...as per taste
  • Chopped spinach...1 cup

How to make Steamed rawa palak dhokla

  1. Take buttermilk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add rawa and salt and mix well in pouring consistency.
  3. Now add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste.Further add sugar powder..Chopped spinach...and soda..and mix well.
  4. Now take a dhokla stand and greese the dhokla plate.
  5. Pour the batter in the plate and steam for 15 minutes...
  6. Ur dhokla is ready..cut into desired shapes.
