Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated Cabbage - 1 cup
  2. Chopped Green Chillies - 2
  3. Chopped coriander leaves (handful)
  4. Ajwain or carom seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder (optional) - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Maida (all purpose flour) - 1.5 cup
  8. Refined oil/ghee

Instructions

  1. Grate the cabbage and add some salt to it and keep aside. This will make the cabbage loose the extra water.
  2. Squeeze the cabbage and do not throw away the water
  3. Now mix all the ingredients together, and knead a dough using the drained water and extra water if required (while kneading, add little oil as well and be careful with the salt added as the drained water contains salt)
  4. Now make small roundels out of the kneaded dough.
  5. Roll them out to form rotis using some flour.
  6. Shallow fry them on a tawa and serve with some curd and pickle.
