Ingredients to make 2 mins Bowl Pizza

  • Plain flour (Maida)1/3rd cup in each bowl
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Milk according to requirement to make the batter (I have taken 1/3rd cup for each bowl)
  • Mixed herbs 2-3tsp
  • Oregano 2-3 tsp
  • Pizza sauce for spreading on the batter
  • Sliced tomatoes 2
  • Sliced onion 1
  • Capsicum (bellpepper red and green 1 each)
  • ChicKen sausage 1 or 2
  • Cheese cubes as per requirement
  • Butter as per requirement
  • Chilli flakes 2-3 tsps

How to make 2 mins Bowl Pizza

  1. First take all the ingredients at one place
  2. Take the bowls, here i have used microwavable bowls
  3. The steps mentioned in the recipe is according to one bowl you can repeat the same for other bowls too
  4. So first apply butter on the inner portion of bowl then in that bowl add plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt and milk as required
  5. Give it a mix and once the batter is ready add all the sauces and seasoning
  6. First add pizza sauce to this add slices capsicum, tomatoes, olives if you have, then add grated cheese to this add oregano and mixed herbs
  7. Again add one more layer of cheese
  8. Microwave it for just 2 mins..
  9. Bowl pizza is ready...
  10. Serve hot within the bowl no need to take out..

My Tip:

I have used chicken sausages for vegetarians you can use paneer and other veggies too.. Bowl used is small pudding..
