First we will make filling Take a wok or a pan put 2 tsp oil in it and heat it
In hot oil put mustered seeds when it crackle then put garam masaala and veggies ,corn ,salt mix well
Cover with lid and cook it . When it Cooked well switch of the flame and remove the lid ... Filling is ready
Now take a bowl put gram flour , semolina , , salt , sugar , turmeric powder in it and mix well
Now add butter milk it and make smooth batter .. put it on a side
Now take bread slices . Cut in a round shape with help of cookie cutter .. the size is must be equal to idali maker cups
Now grease the idali maker , now put round shape of bread slice on each idali maker greased cup
Now put 2 tsp filling on each bread slice
Now in gram flour batter add baking soda and mix well and spread on the filling
Now steam cook it for 10-15 mins ..
Meanwhile we will make tempering .. for this Take a tadka pan put 2tsp oil in it ... In hot oil put mustered seeds when crackle add long cut green chilli and curry leaves ..
Now on cooked bred dhokla sandwich spread tempering .. n serve with sauce aur green chatny
