Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All Purpose Flour – 3 Tablespoons
  2. Baking Soda- ¼ Teaspoon
  3. Baking Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  4. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder- 1 Tablespoon
  5. Milk -1 Tablespoon
  6. Vegetable oil/Refined oil- 1 Tablespoon
  7. Eggs - 1
  8. Sugar Powder or Castor Sugar -2 Tablespoons
  9. Vanilla Extract- ½ Teaspoon
  10. To Make The Frosting- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  11. Powdered Sugar Tablespoon
  12. Whipped Cream 2 Tablespoon
  13. Dark Chocolate 125 gm

Instructions

  1. Preheat the over to 350 degrees before you start mixing the batter
  2. Mix Sugar, butter (refined oil) in a beater or you can whisk to make it smooth
  3. Beat eggs in the mixture until it’s smooth and light. Add Milk and mix
  4. Sieve the flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix into this mixture and mix
  5. Add vanilla essence and milk and mix it with a spatula slowly.
  6. Dust some chocolate powder at the base of muffin moulds and pour in the mixture(if you are not using silicon moulds, grease with butter)
  7. Tap it so there are no bubbles.Put this in oven and let it cook for 20 minutes or till it becomes golden brown Check your muffins are cooked or not with a dry knife, if it comes out clean it’s done.Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. To Make the Frosting- Melt some dark chocolate in the oven, to this add the butter and melt both of it partially, it should not be flowy.To this add the cocoa powder and mix well
  9. Now alternatively add sugar and cream to this starting with teaspoon and mix.You can adjust the consistency as per your requirement by balancing the cream and sugar
  10. Put this in a piping bag and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.Now decorate your muffins with this piping bag as you like and keep the mufins in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes so it looks perfect.
  11. If you don't have piping bag you can refrigerate the frosting and then using a teaspoon , top the muffins on a wire rack by rotating it and applying the mixture
