ABOUT Loaded Omlette Brunch RECIPE

My favourite brunch with a loaded Eggs Omlette,with mushrooms,chicken onion n cheese sausages,capsicum, tomatoes,spring onions and greens.Flavoured with chilli flakes,oregano and onion garlic salt. An awesome ,wholesome with Potato wedges and Brown bread toasted,brushed with my favourite butter,Amul.Had a great brunch today.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 10 mushrooms
  4. 1 small capsicum
  5. 1 small tomato
  6. 2 chicken onion n cheese Sausages
  7. Cilantro chopped
  8. 2 spring onion with greens
  9. 10 grams cheddar grated as garnish
  10. 1/4tspn garlic onion salt
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 4 slices of brown bread
  13. 2 tspn butter Amul
  14. 1 boiled potato
  15. 1/4tspn pepper
  16. 1tspn butter
  17. 1tspn oil of choice

Instructions

  1. Wash and Chop ready the veggies,onion,sausages and mushrooms
  2. Break Eggs 2 each at one time and whisk with milk added
  3. Heat the pan,grease with some oil ,also add the butter now
  4. Spread beaten Egg well all over even
  5. As the egg is still wet still on pan, add veggies,mushroom,sausages cilantro
  6. Sprinkle salt ,chilli flakes, oregano and pepper on the filling,keep low flame
  7. Fold both sides of omlette ,engulfing the filling
  8. Lightly pack well with hands
  9. Now cut into two halves and remove on plate
  10. Now grate the cheddar cheese on the two omlette halves
  11. Toast bread slices,butter them
  12. Saute the potato wedges with sprinkle of salt and chilli flakes
  13. Plating the omlette add on the side the toasted bread and wedges and enjoy with a glass of mixed juice
