Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Oil 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Water as required
  6. Mustard seeds 1/4 takblespoon
  7. 4 curry leaves
  8. Chopped vegs as - onions ,tomato, carrot,
  9. Peas boiled 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take curd , semolina ,salt and water then mix in a bowl ,..
  2. make a idli batter then keep aside for 10 mints ..
  3. heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and Curry leaves .
  4. then switch off the gas and add tempering to the batter.
  5. now grease the idli moulds with oil .
  6. add Eno in to the idli batter, and mix well.
  7. now pour the batter in idli moulds ..
  8. now sprinkle some chopped veggis in idlli batter ..
  9. then steam 20 mints .
  10. Cool the idlis for few minutes before serving.
  11. Demould the idlis and serve with chutney and sambhar.
