Perfect and yummilicious to be accompanied with Nachos as a starter for your house parties.

Salsa Dip

Ingredients to make Salsa Dip

  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  • Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 2 cloves
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil for drizzlinng

How to make Salsa Dip

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and capsicum and cook until they become tender.
  2. Add green chillies, garlic and saute for a little while.
  3. Add tomatoes, chilli flakes and salt and cook on a low flame till the tomatoes become soft.
  4. Transfer this cooked mixture to a mixi jar along with black pepper and ketchup. Process it to make a fine paste.
  5. The salsa dip is ready to be served with nachos.
