Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mota chura 2 bowl
  2. Green peas
  3. Garlic 4 pieces
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. Green chilly 2
  6. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric Powder
  9. Salt
  10. Sugar 1 pinch
  11. Lemon juice ½teaspoon
  12. oil
  13. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash chura and rinse water
  2. Take kadai put oil
  3. When Oil hot add cumin seeds
  4. Add crushed garlic saute
  5. Add green peas cook till soft
  6. Add all masala salt and sugar
  7. Continue to stir
  8. Lastly add chura and mix well
  9. The chura matar is ready.
  10. Before serving add lemon juice
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
