ABOUT beans masala RECIPE

A quick and easy recipe of beans to be served with some dal and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. beans - 1 cup
  2. chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  3. chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
  4. garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  5. onion chopped 1
  6. capsicum cut in slice - 1/2 cup
  7. soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  8. vinegar 1/2 tsp
  9. sugar 1 pinch
  10. black pepper 1 pinch
  11. Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. par boil the beans
  2. Heat butter in a pan, and add green chilli,ginger,onion, garlic pest,capsicum and saute for 3 min.
  3. add boiled beans and saute further.
  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and black pepper powder.
  5. In the end, add sesame seeds, stir and serve.
