Cheese corn kebabs

Ingredients to make Cheese corn kebabs

  • Boiled Corn kernels 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Mozerella cheese 100gm
  • Roasted Besan 3 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 2pcs
  • sugar 1tsp
  • Ginger grated 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masal 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying

How to make Cheese corn kebabs

  1. 1.Half Crush the boiled corns and put it in bowl. 2. mash the potato and add it with the crushed corn kernels. 3. Now add all red chilli powder, turmeric, sugar, salt , amchur powder, coriander, roasted besan and corn flour
  2. Mix well all the ingredients.
  3. Take some oil in your palm and make a small kebabs
  4. Make a dip in kebabs and fill it with mozerella cheeze
  5. And seal the kebabs .
  6. Insert an iceream stick in centre of kebabs and press well on to the stick
  7. Now roll the kebabs well in bread crumbs
  8. Heat the oil
  9. Put the kebabs in oil and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint and coriander chutney
